Equipment pad rebuilds
The renovation nobody photographs and everybody feels. A rebuilt pad — sized, plumbed and wired properly — is quieter, cheaper to run and ready for automation instead of hostile to it.

It depends on scope more than any other service we offer — a lighting-and-pad refresh and a full remodel are different projects entirely. We quote after the assessment, in writing, staged so you can see what each part costs and cut scope honestly if you want to.
Yes, and it is one of the most common projects we do. A pool with a sound surface but a nineteen-nineties pad gets most of a renovation's benefit — quieter, cheaper to run, controllable from your phone — at a fraction of a remodel's disruption.
During — even if you only rough it in. Conduit, valve actuators and sensor placement cost little while the pad is open and a great deal once everything is sealed and landscaped again.
Surface application is a specialist trade and we coordinate it with proven local crews rather than pretending to be one — while the pad, plumbing, equipment, lighting and controls work is ours. One point of contact either way.
Renovate in the off-season if you can. Lead times are shorter, the pool is out of action when nobody misses it, and it opens in spring as the best version of itself.
